Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting, transmission, distribution, editing, or exhibition of any material or any part thereof, is strictly prohibited, and any such action establishes liability for legal action which may result in criminal prosecution. Any rights not expressly set out herein are fully reserved. All images supplied by John G Moore for promotional use are subject to the guidelines above. Usage must be negotiated and a Usage Rights Release Form must be obtained prior to publication in any form. A fee may be chargeable depending on usage. All Images are the copyright of John G Moore. Any fees charged by John G Moore Photography are for time, travel and the creation of the photography. Usage right terms (dependent on usage) are chargeable in addition, and will be negotiated and agreed between John G Moore Photography and the client prior to any form of publishing. After usage rights have been agreed, the requested images together with a photography usage rights release form, will only be provided to the client by John G Moore Photography on full payment and clearance of fees. Images may not be used for publication in any form until a usage rights release form is provided. Please note that any unauthorised usage outwith the negotiated usage rights agreement establishes liability for legal action for breach of copyright which may result in criminal prosecution.
